Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Elite Ammunition Discount code (Cannot be use for shipping costs)
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
Ammunition cannot be returned under any circumstance unless it is defective or wrong item shipped

Only DEFECTIVE AMMUNITION will be given a call tag and NOT be charged for shipping. If a call tag is requested for any other reason you will be responsible for shipping charges.
You will need to print and fill out the REQUIRED Return Form and send along with return shipment. If not returned with shipment this will cause a delay in refund/exchange/merchandise credit.
