Order Status Instructions:

When contacting us about the status of an order you MUST have the following information available:

Name used for the order
Order Number-You receive an email confirmation with this information when you place your order
Date Order was placed

Without this information it will take much longer to get information for your order because I will have to do more research.

Ammunition made by Elite Ammunition:

All EA Ammunition Orders are currently 4 to 6 six weeks out for delivery. But back orders are accepted for most of them.

Other Elite Ammunition made Products:

We had to replace our machinist with a new one. So there is a longer delay then expected for the Go/No Go Gages and Mini Slide Rails. As soon they come in they will ship out.

Common Questions one may have after placing an order

Q. When will my ammunition order ship?

A. Usually within 4 to six week. We have limited space in shop so we can't keep a large inventory on hand.

Q. How is my order shipped and will I receive a tracking number?

A. Orders are usually shipped out on Friday's and they will ship via FedEx. You will receive tracking number via FedEx once it has been picked up via email.

Q. Does my credit card get charged immediately?

A. Yes, it does. We are a small company with limited space so supplies are ordered on a weekly basis.

ALL Illinois Residents MUST provide a copy of their FOID Card before your ammunition order is processed and shipped. Also we can ONLY ship to the address shown on the FOID Card. If your FOID Card is not on file please email a copy to orders@eliteammunition.com and your order number must be included in the email.
