Order Status Instructions:

When contacting us about the status of an order you MUST have the following information available:

1. Name used for the order
2. Order Number-You receive an email confirmation with this information when you place your order
3. Date Order was placed
4. Order Status MUST be in the Subject Line

Without this information it will take much longer to get information for your order because I will have to do more research.
