Customers must send a copy of a state issued ID for age verification purposes.  Illinois residents must send a copy of their FOID.  You must be 21 to purchase handgun ammo, and 18 to purchase rifle/shotgun ammo.  Once you have completed an ammo order, you do not need to send your ID for future orders.  We do not keep a copy of your ID.  If you email it we delete the email.  However, we do keep a customer database and we will note your account that we have verified your identity/age so that you don't need to send it again in the future.

You can email your ID to orders@eliteammunition.com. We just need to see your name/birthdate, feel free to black out any other information such as drivers license number, etc.

We do not accept returns on ammunition.  Once we ship your ammo, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company (usually FedEx).  If your items are lost, stolen or damaged, we will need to open a claim with FedEx to recover the losses.  By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All orders REQUIRE an Indirect Signature. If you would like your order to be delivered without a signature you need to send an email to lisa@eliteammunition.com

Please understand that Elite Ammunition and FedEx cannot be held responsible for damaged, missing, lost or stolen packages once you have requested to ship your order without a signature needed.
